Our tanks are manufactured entirely in our own workshops, giving us total control over every stage of the process. Our mobile or fixed tanks can perform several functions:

  • Preparation& Formulation and Filtration
  • Storage& Transfer
  • CIP / SIP

Fixed preparation tanks

  • Capacity: from 30 to 8000 liters.
  • Conception:
    – Atmospheric
    – Ultra-clean
    – Sterile
    – Single or double jacket for heating and/or cooling
  • Type of agitation: defined according to product viscosity and density, to guarantee uniform holding in the tank (pendulum agitation or magnetic bottom agitation).
  • Specific features according to process requirements
  • Washing: CIP and/or SIP
  • Sterilization: filtering or clarifying
  • Integration in ATEX zones

Mobile tanks

  • Capacity: 30 to 800 liters
  • Design:
    – Atmospheric
    – Ultra-clean
    – Sterile
    – Single or double jacket for heating and/or cooling
  • Type of agitation: defined according to product viscosities and densities to guarantee homogeneous holding in the tank (pendulum agitation or magnetic drive tank bottom)
  • Specific features according to process requirements
  • Raw materials integration system
  • Cleaning: CIP and/or SIP benches for washing, sterilization and inserting, with traceability of treatments carried out.
  • Integration in ATEX zones
