Description
The Cogent Process Scale TFF system is a multi-use, fully automated, configurable equipment designed for Ultrafiltration, Diafiltration and Microfiltration of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products in cGMP environments at manufacturing scale. The Cogent Process Scale TFF systems include:
- Standard TFF Holder with improved ergonomics and flow/pressure distribution.
- Innovative system concept with NovAseptic valves allowing reduced minimum working volume, and simplified maintenance.
- Sizing ranges from:
– Size A: 2.0 to 5 m² with Pellicon 2 cassettes and up to 5.7 m² with Pellicon 3.
– Size B: 5 to 15 m² with Pellicon 2 cassettes and up to 17.1 m² with Pellicon 3.
- Fully automated system
Optimized flow path, for maximal concentration (reduced minimum working volume) and enhanced product recovery.
