Description
Aseptic products are contamination-free: they will not reproduce or create any kind of harmful living microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, and others). Sterile products are entirely free of all germs. The objective of aseptic processing is to maintain the sterility of an injectable product assembled from different components.
Soft-Fill LVP Line: An automatic IV bag filling machine for LVP products that is capable of filling and closing IV bags (from 2000ml to 5000ml). The IV bag loading system can either be manual or automatic depending on end-user requirements. In either solution, the filling of the IV bags is mediated by a support system throughout the entire process. This support system eliminates any type of stress on the pipes or ports, thus guaranteeing a high-quality finished product.
