PIPER 500 -1000

Falling-dart piper on pipes of  500 mm up to 900 mm diameter. Both the striker carriage and the V-shaped support (for positioning the sample tube) are operated by pneumatic operation. The release of the striker, permanent magnet type, is governed with proximity sensors, adjustable in accordance with the required heights of fall. After the impact of the striker on the speciment, the anti-rebound system is automatically activated. The whole system is designed to perform test after test quickly.

Technical features:

In standard configuration it is equipped with:

– dart holder with Slide for maximum striker Φ 90 mm

– encoder for the height of fall (from 6 to 200 cm);

– “V” support suitable for adjusting the tube sample to be tested

(optional intermediate measures)

– Safety protection along the descent of the dart in transparent Material
