The ERCE Series from ELBI SPA Diaphragm Expansion Tanks are designed to absorb the expansion of water in closed heating and cooling systems.
These fixed bladder tanks provide reliable pressure control and prevent excessive system stress due to thermal expansion.

Constructed from high-quality steel for durability
Long-lasting epoxy powder coating in red
Fixed bladder made of SBR rubber
Upper precharge valve DN 1/8’’ GAS (UNI ISO 228/1)
Wall fixing bracket available upon request
Available in models ranging from 35 to 500 liters

Ensures system stability and prevents overpressure
Resistant to corrosion and long service life

The DL Series from ELBI SPA Replaceable Bladder Expansion Tanks are designed for systems with high water volumes,
offering a reliable and durable alternative to traditional tanks.
These tanks are equipped with a specially engineered bladder that operates without mechanical stress,
ensuring a long service life even under high pressure or air cushion loss.

Replaceable bladder design for easy maintenance
Models available from 750 to 5000 liters
Upper tie rod (750–2000 liters) and upper flange (3000–5000 liters)
Working temperature: -10° / +99°C
Pre-charging pressure: 2.5 bars
Complete separation between water and air
Water does not contact tank metal parts
Counter-flange with Top-Pro treatment (750–1000 liters)
Glass lined counter-flange (2000–5000 liters)
Bladder size optimized to match tank volume for minimal wear

Ensures maximum reliability and long bladder lifespan

The Air & Dirt Separators from ELBI SPA are designed for hydronic and chilled water systems to efficiently remove entrapped air
and dirt particles. By maintaining clean and air-free systems, they help improve heat transfer, reduce noise,
and extend equipment life.

Designed for use in hydronic and chilled water systems
ASME Code Section VIII, Div. 1 – UM Stamped; U Stamped
Maximum Working Pressure: 125 psi (150 psi up to ASL/ASW-050)
Maximum Working Temperature: +375°F (+190°C)
Carbon steel construction for durability
Removable heavy-duty AISI 304 stainless steel strainer (ASW Series only)
Finish: Automotive-grade grey paint

Effectively removes air and dirt from closed-loop systems
