Sinac is ENRX’s family of complete stationary induction heating systems, consisting of a frequency converter, capacitors, and matching units when required. All Sinac coils are custom-designed to deliver the optimal heat pattern for each specific application. The system offers automatic frequency control for optimum output power, high energy efficiency (85–87%), precise and reproducible heating, and full control over temperature, ramp-up and dwell times. Sinac is available in a wide range of power ratings (6–2,000 kW) and frequencies from 500 Hz to 400 kHz, supporting advanced technologies such as Thyristor, IGBT and PowerMOS.

Weldac is ENRX family of high-output solid-state tube and pipe welders, covering power outputs from 50 kW to 2200 kW with a frequency range of 60–500 kHz. It is a complete system consisting of a diode rectifier, inverter modules, output section, busbar and operator control system.

The system offers extremely high efficiency (85–87%) from rectifier input to coil output), low cooling water consumption, and a constant high-power factor (0.95) at all power levels. Its modular design gives a compact footprint, simplifies integration into tube mills, and allows one-cabinet solutions up to 1000 kW.

Weldac is engineered for maximum uptime using continuous electronic load matching, automatically adjusting to different tube diameters and eliminating manual tuning. The system supports a wide range of options including positioning tables, heat exchangers, auto-transformers, welding monitoring systems, impeders, coils and more.

The New Generation MINAC from ENRX is a highly mobile, flexible and easy-to-use induction heating system designed for a wide range of industrial heating tasks. With a fully digital control system, MINAC ensures improved reliability, predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and readiness for Industry 4.0 applications. It features advanced diagnostics, machine learning capabilities, remote service, interconnectivity and real-time data access. The system is available in models ranging from 10 kW to 220 kW intermittent output (6–140 kW continuous) with frequencies between 10–100 kHz. Many models also come in Twin versions providing two independent power outputs for simultaneous operation.

MINAC systems can be fitted with a wide range of coil designs, handheld transformers (HHT), flexible water-cooled cables, cooling systems, and robot-adaptable components. HardLine is ENRX Induction’s family of advanced industrial heat treatment systems designed for both surface and through hardening applications. The range includes vertical machines, horizontal centerless systems, rotary table solutions, and fully customized hardening installations. These systems cover a wide variety of components such as gears, camshafts, crankshafts, drive shafts, torsion bars, couplings, rock drills, brake discs, CV joints, shock absorbers, bearings, and many more.

The ENRX Ventac system is a highly mobile, air-cooled induction heating unit engineered for fast and efficient heating tasks in construction sites, fabrication yards, refineries, shipyards, and general industrial maintenance. Its air-cooled architecture eliminates the need for water-cooling circuits, making it ideal for field work and remote locations.

Ventac supports a wide range of heating tasks including pre-weld heating, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), shrink-fit operations, bolt-loosening, and general thermal maintenance. The system delivers high power with excellent efficiency while maintaining full mobility and easy operation. Its intuitive control panel provides precise temperature control, programmable heating cycles, and continuous monitoring for consistent results.

The system accepts a wide range of flexible inductors and cables, enabling heating of pipes, plates, structures, and components of various shapes. Built for rugged industrial conditions, the Ventac unit features a protective casing, industrial connectors, and highly durable electronics optimized for long service life.

The HardLine M is a highly flexible modular vertical hardening machine designed for diverse hardening and tempering applications. It supports a wide range of workpiece sizes in weight, length, and diameter, making it ideal for both small-quantity jobs and heavy-duty components.

The HardLine M features advanced PLC-based machine control with real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and industry-leading data automation. It is built with high-quality modules ensuring long-term reliability, reduced maintenance requirements, and low operating costs. The machine is also future-ready, supporting Industry 4.0 with IoT connectivity, remote service, augmented reality troubleshooting, real-time data acquisition, and system digitization via optional extension modules.

Numerous machine configurations are available, including single/twin spindle, universal spindle, dual-station systems, and rotary table versions. The system can be used for both ramp-up manual loading and later upgraded to fully automated loading systems as production volumes increase.

ENRX Induction’s wire and cable heating solutions provide compact, precise and highly efficient in-line heating for a wide range of materials including ferrous wires, non-ferrous wires, copper and aluminium conductors, and optical fibres. These systems support numerous processes such as forming, forging, galvanizing, coating, heat treatment, drawing, diffusion of metallic coatings, polymer extrusion pre-heating, and drying after cleaning.

Dedicated systems are available for optical fiber manufacture, including fiber drawing, sintering and stretching. Compact wall-mounted power sources allow installation in tight spaces, enabling replacement of older heating technologies.

ENRX also manufactures in-line heating systems for structural wire and cable installations (single or multi-wire), optimized for wide material ranges, diameters and temperatures. For electrical cables and conductors, ENRX offers pre-heaters for coating and extrusion lines, suitable for both new and retrofit installations.

ENRX induction bonding systems use controlled induction heating to cure bonding adhesives and sealers for automotive components such as doors, hoods, fenders, tailgates, bumpers and battery modules. Induction bonding is the primary method used in the automotive industry due to its high throughput, excellent process control and compatibility with advanced materials including aluminium, steel, carbon-fiber composites and EV battery structures.

Two bonding methods are supported: spot-bonding using the U-coil, which heats localized areas with minimal distortion, and full-ring bonding using an adjustable two-turn flexible coil that ensures uniform heating around the entire joint. Temperature is rapidly ramped and then stabilized to meet adhesive curing profiles. Energy supervision circuits ensure consistent quality and detect deviations in coil placement or panel positioning.
