Railway Induction Heating Systems
ENRX provides a full range of induction heating systems purpose-built for railway maintenance and rolling-stock production, induction offers unrivalled accuracy, speed and controllability, making it ideal for tasks such as disassembling and shrink-fitting lock rings and bearings, replacing tyres and wheels, brazing components, straightening rolling stock and welding rails.
Induction heating delivers fast, uniform and localized heating without open flames, reducing risk, preventing shaft damage and minimizing heat exposure to adjacent components. Mobile Minac units allow on-site operations such as shrink-fitting, wheel replacement, Loctite loosening and pre-heating rails. Automated systems can also be integrated for production environments.
