Roller conveyor blasting machines are designed to work flat products such as sheets, profiles or structures. The machine has a blasting chamber, covered internally with wear plates, on which the turbines are placed. In the case of flat products or profiles, the turbines are placed on the roof and the bottom of the chamber. In case of structures, the cabin has a higher height and the turbines are also laterally positioned.

The Manta+40 comes standard with turbidity, temperature, pH, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen sensors, with the option to add ORP and depth sensors. In addition, the M+40 will accommodate 3 fluorometers from the following parameters: Phycocyanin (freshwater BGA), Phycoerythrin (marine BGA), Chlorophyll a-blue & Chlorophyll a-red, crude oil, refined oil, Tryptophan, CDOM/FDOM, Optical brightener, rhodamine dye, fluorescein dye, and PTSA, plus 3 ISE sensors. The M+40 model features our optical DO sensor with long-life (5+ years) replaceable cap, and refillable pH reference. Eliminating consumables ensures a low cost of its ownership over the life of the probe.

There are two types of CHD (Case Hardness Depth analyzers).

• HTD 1500 : able to measure hardness thicknesses up to 1.3mm Loads : 100   kgf  1500 kgf (N 981 – N 14715).

• HTD 4000 : able to measure hardness thicknesses up to 2.7mm Loads : 200   kgf – 4000 kgf (N 1961 – N 39227).

• The carbide penetrator has a service life of about 2500-3000 tests.
