HardLine
ENRX HardLine horizontal heat treatment systems deliver fast, reliable and repeatable hardening for steel bars and shafts. The product range includes:
- • HardLine Hybrid (HH 600) – A dual-function system combining both the pusher (HP) and continuous (HC) machines in one modular solution, capable of handling workpieces 50–600 mm long and 5–50 mm diameter. Automatic configuration via stepper motors enables fast changeovers.
- • HardLine Continuous (HC 300 / HC 600) – High-speed continuous hardening machines with throughput up to 10 m/min. Ideal for production lines, featuring enclosed heating/quenching areas, automatic reject separation, and adjustable conveyor systems.
- • HardLine Pusher (HP 600 / HP 1200) – High-precision hardening systems for shafts up to 600 or 1200 mm long and 5–50 mm diameter. Twin pusher versions double productivity. Includes CNC-controlled servo feed and robust rotation units.
All HardLine systems are powered by ENRX Induction SINAC converters and use advanced controls including 15” TFT touchscreens, ProfiNET, IO-Link sensors, high-speed edge detection (1 μs response), and multilingual interfaces.
