GVI/GVS SERIES
The GVI/GVS Series vertical in-line pumps are designed to deliver high performance and space-saving efficiency. They are ideal for industrial, agricultural, and HVAC applications requiring reliable water circulation. The in-line configuration offers easy pipework and compact installation with superior hydraulic performance and low noise operation.
- 🔹 Vertical in-line design provides maximum floor space savings compared to end suction and horizontal split case pumps.
- 🔹 Easy piping installation with adequate support through pipe hangers sized for pump and fitting weight.
- 🔹 Volute casing with flow-straightening vanes ensures excellent suction and quiet operation.
- 🔹 Standard flanges: ANSI 125 & ANSI 250 (ASME B16.1); optional DIN EN 1092-2 PN16 and PN25.
- 🔹 Flow range up to 2640 USGPM and head range up to 490 feet.
- 🔹 Motor ratings from 1 to 200 HP.
- 🔹 Enbloc construction with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (NEMA MG 1-2006).
- 🔹 Mechanical shaft seal supplied as standard.
- 🔹 Dynamically balanced impellers (ISO 1940 grade 6.3).
- 🔹 High-efficiency motors meet or exceed EPAct and NRCan standards.
- 🔹 Optional NEMA Premium Efficiency or IEC standard motors available.
- 🔹 Aluminum frame (71–160) and cast iron frame (180–315) options.
