Techniclean Grease & Odour Control

  • 🔹 Techniclean From Plasma Clean Air is a modular grease and odour treatment system engineered to reduce grease buildup, destroy cooking odours, and improve overall air quality within commercial kitchens. Using a combination of photolysis and ozonolysis, Techniclean breaks down grease and odour molecules at the canopy or within the ductwork, dramatically reducing cleaning requirements and fire risk.
  • 🔹 Both the Canopy Mounted and In-Duct models use high-intensity UV-C lamps in combination with controlled ozone production to achieve highly effective pollutant oxidation during extraction. The slimline, compact design of both units makes them suitable for space-restricted kitchens and easy integration with existing ventilation infrastructure.
