Esaote MyLab OMEGA is a premium portable ultrasound solution engineered for mobility, diagnostic precision and workflow efficiency. Featuring a 15.6-inch swiveling touchscreen and dual active probe connectors, the system adapts to multiple clinical environments including emergency care, outpatient clinics, bedside imaging and mobile services.
MyLab OMEGA offers an ultra-fast boot time of less than 15 seconds and supports battery operation for uninterrupted use during patient rounds or transport. Advanced imaging features—including XView+, CPI, high-sensitivity Color Doppler, microV ultra-sensitive Doppler, ElaXto elastography and CnTI™ (region-dependent contrast imaging)—enable excellent visualization across abdominal, vascular, MSK, women’s health and cardiac applications.
The system supports very-high-frequency probes up to 22 MHz and offers comprehensive cardiovascular tools such as AutoEF, XStrain, XStrain 4D, Stress Echo and QIMT for full cardiac assessment. Its flexible deployment options include desk use, foldable trolley, premium wheeled cart and backpack configuration, simplifying mobility across clinical departments.
