Induction Metal Melting Furnaces – FIB / DAB / FIM / LAB / FAR



ENRX Induction metal melting systems provide high-efficiency, safe, and clean melting solutions for a wide range of metals including ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. All systems are powered by ENRX advanced Sinac converters (IGBT or thyristor), offering high uptime, automatic load matching, and excellent energy efficiency. The product range includes:
- • FIB – Single-axis tilting furnaces for capacities up to 6,000 kg, featuring high-efficiency coil design and easy-change crucibles or rammed linings.
- • DAB – Dual-axis tilting furnaces ideal for precision casting applications with optional inert-gas lids and capacities up to 300 kg (ferrous/copper alloys) or 100 kg (aluminum/silicon).
- • FIM – Moving-coil furnaces designed for precious metals (gold, silver), copper, bronze, and aluminum alloys. The static crucible design avoids contamination.
- • LAB – Laboratory melting furnaces for education, research, and sample casting with capacities from 7 to 40 kg, available with manual or hydraulic tilting.
- • FAR – Roll-over furnaces offering 180° tilting, ideal for investment casting with high-power converters to minimize oxidation.
These systems can be customized for vacuum melting, glass melting, graphite coating and other specialist applications.
