The New Generation MINAC from ENRX is a highly mobile, flexible and easy-to-use induction heating system designed for a wide range of industrial heating tasks. With a fully digital control system, MINAC ensures improved reliability, predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and readiness for Industry 4.0 applications. It features advanced diagnostics, machine learning capabilities, remote service, interconnectivity and real-time data access. The system is available in models ranging from 10 kW to 220 kW intermittent output (6–140 kW continuous) with frequencies between 10–100 kHz. Many models also come in Twin versions providing two independent power outputs for simultaneous operation.
MINAC systems can be fitted with a wide range of coil designs, handheld transformers (HHT), flexible water-cooled cables, cooling systems, and robot-adaptable components. The intuitive 10-inch capacitive touchscreen provides full access to system controls, multilingual menus, and precise visualization of heating parameters.
