CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration) Furnaces
Furnaces enabling CVI saturation of porous carbon structures with carbon from the gas phase.

CaseMaster Evolution (CMe-D/CMe-T) is an advanced family of double- and triple-chamber horizontal vacuum furnaces engineered for Low-Pressure Carburizing (LPC) and oil or high-pressure gas quenching, the system provides maximum flexibility with continuous or semi-continuous batch processing, short process cycles, low production cost, and high uniformity. The CMe-D version integrates a heating chamber and a dedicated oil or gas quenching chamber, while the CMe-T version adds an additional pre-heating chamber, enabling up to three loads to be processed simultaneously from loading to unloading.
Both systems support multiple quenching methods including oil, 24-bar nitrogen or helium gas quenching, gas-over-oil, and in-chamber gas quenching. The furnaces are ideal for automotive, aerospace, transmission, gear manufacturing, machine-building, and commercial heat-treating industries. The CMe series eliminates CO/CO₂ emissions, ensures clean processing with no oxidation, and provides extremely consistent carburizing results with minimal distortion.
The system is designed to comply with industrial vacuum heat-treating and safety standards and supports AMS2750 and automotive heat-treat process requirements.
