The UniCase Master is an advanced single-piece flow heat-treating system designed for case hardening using Low Pressure Carburizing (LPC) combined with 4D High-Pressure Gas Quenching (HPGQ). the system eliminates oil quenching, chemical contamination, washers and fire hazards, delivering a clean and environmentally friendly process. It is specifically engineered to achieve extremely low distortion for gears and high-precision components, making it ideal for automotive, aerospace and transmission applications.
The system operates at temperatures up to 1100°C with a specially designed 4D quenching chamber using a patented gear rotation and directional gas-flow system. It supports production capacities of up to one million gears per year. Full automation, compact layout and continuous processing enable high throughput, process repeatability and excellent control over case depth and hardness distribution.
The system is designed to comply with modern industrial standards for vacuum LPC and high-pressure gas quenching operations.
