The VAB Oil-Removal Furnace is a vacuum system used to remove oil remaining on parts after forming or stamping. The process heats components to the oil-evaporation temperature under reduced pressure, allowing oil vapors to be extracted and condensed in a dedicated exhaust system. The recovered oil is collected in a storage tank. This ensures parts achieve the required cleanliness level before the brazing process, improving joint quality and consistency.
