VAB Oil‑Removal Furnace – Vacuum Oil Separation System
Vacuum furnace designed to remove oils from stamped or formed aluminum parts prior to flux‑free vacuum brazing.

VECTOR is a single-chamber horizontal vacuum furnace with gas quench that can be used for a wide variety of heat treatment processes and applications. It provides high uniformity in heat-treated parts, high consistency between workloads and high-speed batch processing with low power and process gas consumption. VECTOR furnaces are equipped with a round graphite or metal hot zone and high-pressure gas quench system operating from 2 to 25 bar, using nitrogen, argon, helium or hydrogen as quench gases.
The furnace is suitable for most standard hardening, tempering, annealing, solution heat treating, brazing and sintering processes. With optional SECO/WARWICK technologies such as FineCarb vacuum carburizing and PreNit prenitriding, VECTOR can also perform low-pressure carburizing (LPC) and nitriding (LPN). The SimVac process simulation package is included as standard.
Heat treatment of tool steels, carburizing steels, HSLA and alloy steels, stainless steels, super alloys, titanium and titanium alloys for industries including aviation, automotive, machine building, tooling, energy, nuclear, electronic metallurgy, commercial heat treatment and specialty applications. Typical processes include annealing, brazing, hardening, low-pressure carburizing and nitriding (LPC & LPN), normalizing, solution heat treating, sintering and tempering.
VECTOR furnaces are designed to comply with industrial heat treatment equipment standards and are AMS 2750 ready
