ZeroFlow – Vacuum Nitriding Furnace

ZeroFlow is a precision vacuum nitriding furnace designed to control the nitriding and nitrocarburizing process using a patented single-gas control method. The system produces extremely stable nitriding potentials, enabling repeatable case depth, uniform white-layer control and high surface quality. ZeroFlow uses vacuum purging followed by controlled ammonia injection to generate exact process atmospheres while minimizing gas consumption. Typical applications include tooling steels, dies, molds, gears and components requiring high fatigue strength and wear resistance.
