Pit-LPC – Pit-Type Low Pressure Carburizing Furnace
Vertical pit-type vacuum furnace for low-pressure carburizing (LPC) of large, heavy or long components.

The VAB Oil-Removal Furnace is a vacuum system used to remove oil remaining on parts after forming or stamping. The process heats components to the oil-evaporation temperature under reduced pressure, allowing oil vapors to be extracted and condensed in a dedicated exhaust system. The recovered oil is collected in a storage tank. This ensures parts achieve the required cleanliness level before the brazing process, improving joint quality and consistency.
Designed for industrial vacuum oil-removal and aluminum-processing standards.

Vertical pit-type vacuum furnace for low-pressure carburizing (LPC) of large, heavy or long components.

High‑vacuum single‑chamber furnace with gas cooling for advanced aerospace, energy, nuclear and high‑performance heat‑treatment applications.

Triple‑chamber vacuum furnace designed for high‑volume low‑pressure carburizing (LPC) and oil or gas quenching with continuous, ultra‑high‑productivity workflow.

A family of flux‑free vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces including multi‑chamber continuous lines, batch tray systems, suspended‑load systems, and oil‑removal furnaces.
