ELECTRO-PLATING LINES
Description
Fully automated and semi-automated Electro-plating Lines
– Each single line is studied to meet the customer’s specific requirements; the type of line suits the customer needs in terms of output and finishing.
– Plants for chemical conversion, light alloy oxidizing, chemical milling of aircrafts structures (aluminum and titanium) and in-line plants for electroplating of metals and alloys on engines.
– Plants designed and manufactured in accordance with the specifications of automotive industries. The distinguishing features of these plants are: easy-to-use, compactness, economy, safety, life time and versatility.
– Lines designed for coating of ABS, PC/ABS, PP and Nylon are mainly used in automotive, cosmetic and sanitary industries. The process consists in the deposition of thin chemical layer to make the component a proper conductor element for the successive electrolytic deposition of copper, nickel, chrome or any other technical or decorative process.
– Plants for nickel and chrome plating on brass, zamak, and aluminum parts. For this specific application are often used “transfer” type lines that grant maximum productivity with reduced spaces ensuring high quality standards.
– Plant for mass production of coins and particularly for coating with ecological copper process (cyanide free) of steel planchet.
– Plants for finishing on connectors, printed circuit boards, low and high voltage switches. Usually weldable metals like tin and lead are those used to be deposited or, in case of special applications, electro-less nickel, silver and gold.
