Ventac – Portable Air‑Cooled Induction Heating System
The ENRX Ventac system is a highly mobile, air-cooled induction heating unit engineered for fast and efficient heating tasks in construction sites, fabrication yards, refineries, shipyards, and general industrial maintenance. Its air-cooled architecture eliminates the need for water-cooling circuits, making it ideal for field work and remote locations.
Ventac supports a wide range of heating tasks including pre-weld heating, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), shrink-fit operations, bolt-loosening, and general thermal maintenance. The system delivers high power with excellent efficiency while maintaining full mobility and easy operation. Its intuitive control panel provides precise temperature control, programmable heating cycles, and continuous monitoring for consistent results.
The system accepts a wide range of flexible inductors and cables, enabling heating of pipes, plates, structures, and components of various shapes.
