Pit-LPC is a vertical pit-type vacuum furnace designed for Low Pressure Carburizing (LPC) of large-sized, heavy or elongated components such as shafts, rings and industrial machine parts.the system uses FineCarb® LPC technology to ensure uniform carburizing without oxidation, precise control of case depth, low distortion and clean processing. The furnace operates with vacuum purging followed by controlled carburizing gas dosing, ensuring repeatability and reduced gas consumption. Its vertical geometry allows loading of long parts and deep loads using cranes or lifting devices.
