Bar End & Partial Heating Systems – CBB (Horizontal) & CHV (Vertical)
Induction heating systems are designed for bar end and partial heating with high speed, precision, and automation capability.
Weldac is ENRX family of high-output solid-state tube and pipe welders, covering power outputs from 50 kW to 2200 kW with a frequency range of 60–500 kHz. It is a complete system consisting of a diode rectifier, inverter modules, output section, busbar and operator control system.
The system offers extremely high efficiency (85–87%) from rectifier input to coil output), low cooling water consumption, and a constant high-power factor (0.95) at all power levels. Its modular design gives a compact footprint, simplifies integration into tube mills, and allows one-cabinet solutions up to 1000 kW.
Weldac is engineered for maximum uptime using continuous electronic load matching, automatically adjusting to different tube diameters and eliminating manual tuning. The system supports a wide range of options including positioning tables, heat exchangers, auto-transformers, welding monitoring systems, impeders, coils and more.
Weldac systems are designed to comply with industrial electrical, safety and performance standards.
